Gulzaro is from the Churah subdivision’s Dalwai hamlet, which is under the Tikarighat Panchayat.

Under the auspices of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI), Noida College of Physical Education is hosting the competition, which will include freestyle, Greco-Roman, and other wrestling techniques.

There will be 1,200–1,400 competitors competing from 18–20 states.

Gulzaro will face off against some of the best up-and-coming wrestlers in the nation.

Gulzaro has been training in Haryana with instructor Kuldeep Malik, and she has been persistently and assiduously perfecting her wrestling techniques. In addition to being a personal triumph, her run for the national title fulfilled her father Ramzan’s wish, who wanted to see his daughter win a gold medal for the country.

Hailing from a modest background, Gulzaro has been actively involved in local wrestling tournaments as a means of providing financial assistance for her family.

Her mother is a homemaker, while her father is a farmer. Gulzaro is the brother of two. Her resolve and enthusiasm for the sport have not wavered in the face of several obstacles. Her family didn’t support wrestling or any other sport, for that matter. A year ago, Gulzaro was chosen for school-level wrestling. She competed in the state tournament in Sundernagar, Uttarakhand, after learning wrestling methods from her instructor, and she was ultimately chosen for the under-20 National Wrestling Championship.

According to Gulzaro, her goal is to fulfill her father’s ambition by winning an Olympic gold medal. She remarked, “I am working hard to achieve my goal,” and thanked her parents, coach, and instructor for their unwavering support.
